Development Consultant (January-May 2022)
As his capstone Systems Synthesis project for his Master of Arts Management at Carnegie Mellon University, Ryan and a team of colleagues served as Development Consultants for On Site Opera in New York, NY. The team worked to develop strategies to engage, cultivate, and solicit small and mid-level donors leveraging OSO's distinctive artistic position.
Ryan served as the project’s Data/Research Manager, performing detailed CRM data and financial analyses, conducting contributed income audit, and serving as project manager developing the team’s research workflow and information synthesis processes.

Internal Analysis
Ryan led the team's Internal Analysis of OSO, including analysis of both the company's CRM and finances. In the final report, Ryan synthesized his finding's into one comprehensive chapter, included below.

Recommendations
Alongside his team, Ryan developed a set of comprehensive recommendations for OSO to systematically leverage their distinct artistic position to engage small- and mid-level donors. Specifically, Ryan crafted the structure of the team's recommendations, which they referred to as "The Three C's": Consistency, Capacity, and Communication.
